Job Requirements
- Preferably have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
- Possess general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Demonstrate a passion for training and developing your team
- Be willing to work in a dynamic, high-energy restaurant environment
- Agree to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant or bar management experience

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen operations including food preparation and sanitation
- Train and develop the HOH team to enhance skills and performance
- Maintain safety and security procedures in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences
