Job Requirements

  • Preferably have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • Possess general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Demonstrate a passion for training and developing your team
  • Be willing to work in a dynamic, high-energy restaurant environment
  • Agree to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant or bar management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage kitchen operations including food preparation and sanitation
  • Train and develop the HOH team to enhance skills and performance
  • Maintain safety and security procedures in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences
