Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws
  • knowledge of health codes and sanitation practices
  • understanding of safe food handling
  • experience in responsible alcohol service
  • ability to supervise and lead a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • manage food preparation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • enforce health and safety regulations including food handling and sanitation
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
