Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management preferred
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
  • ability to supervise and develop team members
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • manage the heart-of-house kitchen operations
  • oversee execution and performance of kitchen staff
  • provide direction and supervision to all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes
  • maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • implement responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • utilize computer operations for management tasks
