Job Duties

  • exceed guest expectations by delivering on Pizza Ranch product standards
  • assist Assistant General Manager in leading daily operations
  • support back-of-house management through guest feedback and data analysis
  • control food and labor costs to drive profitability and sales goals
  • provide genuine care and leadership to staff
  • ensure effective business management practices
  • facilitate training and development of kitchen staff
