Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- passion for training and developing your team
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
- provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
- manage kitchen operations to maintain food quality and timely service
- train and develop Heart-of-House team members
- monitor inventory and ordering to control costs
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
