Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing your team
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • passion for training and developing team members
  • ability to operate computer systems related to restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • manage kitchen operations to maintain food quality and timely service
  • train and develop Heart-of-House team members
  • monitor inventory and ordering to control costs
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment
