Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • At least 3 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Food handlers certification
  • Alcoholic beverage servers certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Results driven and team oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high volume restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and people development
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members

Job Duties

  • Supports the management team overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Ensures consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Supports team members in training, development, and recognition
  • Promotes and supports a 5-star guest experience
  • Maintains compliance with food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Drives results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
