Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • Experience with safe food handling and sanitation

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage workflow and kitchen efficiency
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain safety and security procedures
  • Collaborate with management to meet restaurant goals
