Job Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age
- At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
- Food Handlers Certification or Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Results driven and team oriented
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of recent experience in full-service or fast-casual restaurant management
- Proven ability to run high volume restaurant operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about food, hospitality and people development
- Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience supporting team training and development
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Supports the management team where everyone assists in overseeing the daily operations of your assigned restaurant
- Ensures effective restaurant operations resulting in consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
- Supports team members in training, development and recognition driven by an employer of choice mentality
- Promotes and supports a 5-star guest experience
- Maintains excellent interpersonal and communication with team and guests
- Implements health and safety regulations
