Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Results driven and team oriented

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and people development
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in team training, development, and employee recognition
  • Promote and support a 5-star guest experience
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Drive performance to achieve operational and financial goals
