Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment preferably food or beverage
- at least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- must obtain all state required permits, licenses, certifications
- ServSafe Food Handlers Card preferred
- effective communication skills in English both verbal and written
- must be 21 years of age or older
- possess basic mathematical skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule

- At least 3 years of directly related experience in production or manufacturing environment preferably food or beverage
- strong attention to detail
- at least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- must obtain all state required permits, licenses, certifications
- ServSafe Food Handlers Card preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- must be 21 years of age or older
- basic mathematical skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Job Duties
- Create monthly production planner drafts for approval
- adjust production plans to meet business needs
- create dosing suggestions for production and submit to Plant Manager/DOO
- supervise production employees and assist with planning, assigning, and directing work
- ensure production teams understand and execute standard operating procedures
- provide ongoing training based on SOP updates
- oversee scheduling for team members and delegation of work
- complete employee reviews according to company timelines
- perform regular coaching to reward positive performance or address deficiencies
- oversee daily production operations
- assist Plant Manager/DOO in planning production and kitchen schedules
- maintain a clean and organized workplace
- ensure production support teams follow safety and sanitation procedures
- collaborate with Plant Manager/DOO on SOP development and process implementation
- maintain and verify inventory of production supplies
- complete and submit all required reports accurately and efficiently
- maintain high-quality standards during shifts including QA/QC of products
- evaluate operation performance and recommend improvements
- perform and monitor all aspects of quality control in production
- ensure accuracy in kitchen data, counts, measurements, and weights
- ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations including health and safety standards
- ensure proper storage of consumables and products
- perform quality inspections and minimize waste
- communicate effectively across company levels
- assist managers in training and coaching production support employees
- communicate quality or safety discrepancies to management
- make recommendations regarding personnel evaluation and training
- assist Plant Manager/DOO and perform packaging responsibilities as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
