Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • Proven experience in kitchen management
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
  • Willingness to work approximately 50-hour weeks

  • Oversee new menu rollouts and ensure seamless integration
  • Manage daily operations during high-volume business days
