Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably two years of restaurant or bar management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Two years of restaurant or bar management experience preferred
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House team
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safe food handling practices
- Manage food preparation, quality control, and inventory management
- Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff to enhance performance
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment
