Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts preferred
  • Minimum five years experience in food and beverage kitchen management required
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage high-stress situations
  • Knowledge of full-service and quick-service environments
  • Food handlers permit and brand certifications as required by law

Job Duties

  • Manage budgets, control food and labor costs, and maximize profitability
  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations maintaining high food and sanitation standards
  • Resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster an environment focused on exceptional guest service and satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing
