Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in kitchen or food production
- strong leadership skills
- ability to multitask
- problem-solving abilities
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays up to 20 pounds
- capacity to work in heat, steam, smoke, cold, and food odor environments
- ability to reach up to 6 feet and work in tight spaces with openings 30 inches wide
Job Qualifications

- some college or degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations by overseeing daily back-of-house activities and ensuring task efficiency and quality
- maintain a safe and sanitary environment in compliance with health regulations
- recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
- manage financial aspects including food cost, payroll, inventory, and productivity in collaboration with General Manager
- ensure all food preparation meets company standards for safety and quality
- oversee inventory levels and supply ordering while minimizing waste and controlling costs
- maintain kitchen equipment and facility standards through regular maintenance and cleaning
