Job Requirements

  • Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
  • results-driven, trustworthy and team-oriented
  • ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
  • passion for the hospitality industry
  • ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
  • pre-employment screening including drug test, criminal background check, and verified employment references

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar
  • computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and point-of-sale systems
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to motivate and develop team members
  • knowledge of operational excellence and facility maintenance
  • understanding of financial plans and sales growth initiatives
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Coach teammates on how to deliver an excellent guest experience
  • coach teammates on how to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that impact the guest experience
  • positively interact and visit with guests and solicit feedback
  • handle and follow up on guest concerns escalated from teammates, escalate to General Manager and Director as necessary
  • ensure quality of all restaurant facilities by overseeing maintenance and repair
  • model standards and expected behaviors for managers and teammates
  • write schedules for department staff
