Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
- results-driven, trustworthy and team-oriented
- ability to engage and develop team members and coach in adherence to company policies
- passion for the hospitality industry
- ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
- pre-employment screening including drug test, criminal background check, and verified employment references

Job Duties
- Coach teammates on how to deliver an excellent guest experience
- coach teammates on how to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that impact the guest experience
- positively interact and visit with guests and solicit feedback
- handle and follow up on guest concerns escalated from teammates, escalate to General Manager and Director as necessary
- ensure quality of all restaurant facilities by overseeing maintenance and repair
- model standards and expected behaviors for managers and teammates
- write schedules for department staff
