Job Requirements

  • preferably have 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • oversee and manage the heart-of-house kitchen operations
  • provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • coach and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance and food quality
  • manage inventory and coordinate with front-of-house staff for smooth service
  • enforce safety and security procedures in the kitchen
  • lead efforts to create legendary experiences for guests and team members
