Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in kitchen management or related food service role
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to following safety and hygiene protocols

- Prior experience in restaurant kitchen management
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage food costs and kitchen labor
- excellent communication skills
- familiarity with inventory and purchasing procedures
Job Duties
- Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient and effective food item ticket times
- managing performance of Back of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- assisting with development of employees by providing daily feedback
- conducting formal line taste and temperature checks
- overseeing the proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
