Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years Kitchen Manager experience in a regional or national full service concept
proven leadership and staff development skills
strong problem-solving ability
experience managing budgets and controlling costs
capable of menu creation and back-of-house operations
ability to work in a high volume kitchen environment
highly motivated and self-directed

Job Qualifications

outstanding leadership and interpersonal communication skills
proven ability to solve complex problems
experience in budget management and cost control
