Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably, two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • strong passion for training and developing team members
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house (hoh)
  • provide direction and supervision for all hoh team members
  • ensure compliance with health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • maintain responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
  • manage labor and work schedules efficiently
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • uphold quality control and consistency of food preparation
