- Assist Assistant General Manager in daily operations leadership
- Support back-of-house management using guest feedback and Qualtrics data
- Control food and labor costs to meet profitability and sales goals
- Provide genuine care and leadership to staff and guests
- Foster a positive and productive working environment
- Implement training and development programs for team members
