Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
- computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS systems
- results-driven attitude
- trustworthy and team-oriented
- ability to engage and develop team members and coach according to company policies
- passion for hospitality and creating great experiences
- ability to stand for 10 hours continuously
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- pre-employment screening including drug test, criminal background check, and reference verification

Job Duties
- Coach teammates on how to deliver an excellent guest experience
- coach teammates on how to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that impact the guest experience
- coach teammates on how actions impact the guest experience and how results indicate the level of guest service provided
- positively interact and visit with guests and solicit feedback
- handle and follow up on guest concerns escalated from teammates
- ensure the quality of all restaurant facilities by aligning with General Manager and Director and overseeing necessary repairs
- model standards and expected behaviors for managers and teammates
- model and train all new menu items and changes in standards
- write schedules for department staff
- coach teammates on operational excellence and maintenance
- motivate teammates to improve performance
- deliver positive and constructive performance feedback
- develop leadership skills in self and teammates
- establish plans and communicate strategy to management staff
- measure goals to achieve inventory level, sales growth, and guest satisfaction
- communicate performance improvement needs
- review sales trends and initiate programs to grow sales
- learn profit and loss statements and budgeting
- conduct administrative duties in compliance with laws and company policies
