Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Supervises food runners and prepares schedules
- ensures that the kitchen is kept clean and safe
- expedites Garde Manger efficiently while adhering to allergy protocols
- manages food runner labor to ensure budgets are met
- coaches and counsels employees
- prepares and leads food runner daily huddles
- holds food runners accountable for sidework assignments
- communicates schedule changes to Sous Chefs and Front of House Managers
- fosters an environment that creates excitement for staff and guests
- upholds all company standards and policies
- performs all other duties as assigned
