Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year restaurant experience preferred
  • 6 months or more of relevant experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possession of all state and federal employment-required documentation
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
  • Must be able to give and take direction
  • Team teamwork and customer service focus
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling customer concerns
  • Ability to work accurately under fast-paced conditions
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Use of restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
  • Frequent lifting and physical activities
  • Punctual and regular attendance
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
