Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year restaurant experience preferred
- 6 months or more of relevant experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possession of all state and federal employment-required documentation
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
- Must be able to give and take direction
- Team teamwork and customer service focus
- Professionalism and discretion in handling customer concerns
- Ability to work accurately under fast-paced conditions
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods
- Use of restaurant equipment including headset, register, and grill
- Frequent lifting and physical activities
- Punctual and regular attendance
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
