Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws
  • knowledge of health codes and safe food handling
  • understanding of sanitation practices
  • awareness of responsible alcohol service
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • basic computer operation skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and develop a team

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision to all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • foster a positive team environment through training and development
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • manage computer operations related to kitchen management
  • collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
