Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
  • experience with responsible alcohol service
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the Heart-of-House operations to ensure efficient and safe kitchen performance
  • oversee and supervise all HOH team members to maintain high standards
  • ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and safety protocols
  • deliver training and development to kitchen staff
  • manage inventory and food costs to maximize profitability
  • enforce responsible alcohol service and security procedures
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
