Job Requirements
- Must have ServSafe certification
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Demonstrated customer service management experience
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to use food service and coffee equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot minor problems
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to access all store areas
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods

- Extensive food and beverage knowledge

Job Duties
- Responsible for daily operation of all food service areas including made to order food, commissary food, bakery, and dispensed beverages
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Control operational costs and moderate waste
- Order and maintain proper inventory levels
- Train new and current employees on customer service practices
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees
- Enforce all company procedures and protocols
- Provide the best customer experience to every customer
- Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting
- Suggest possible purchases and promote specials
- Manage safety and station appearance including minimizing safety risks and maintaining store environment
- Report and investigate workplace accidents
- Complete employee safety orientations
- Regularly inspect stores for hazards
- Encourage reporting of unsafe conditions
- Promote return to work for employees
