Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years management experience in a restaurant, bar, or kitchen setting
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to supervise and motivate a team
  • proficiency in relevant computer systems
  • commitment to maintaining safety and security standards

Job Qualifications

  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws
  • understanding of health codes and safe food handling
  • familiarity with responsible alcohol service
  • knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • proficiency in computer operations
  • passion for training and developing teams

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with health codes and safe food handling procedures
  • manage kitchen labor and inventory
  • train and develop team members
  • maintain sanitation and safety standards
  • support customer satisfaction through quality food preparation and timely service
