Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in leadership or management roles in the restaurant or customer service industry beneficial

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to upholding brand standards and procedures
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • problem-solve and make decisions to improve customer service

  • enforce food safety and proper procedure compliance
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • operate restaurant equipment including registers and headsets as needed
