Job Requirements

At least one year’s experience working under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment
Strong leadership skills
Ability to perform all job functions of each crew position
Commitment to maintaining brand standards
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Capability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of the kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
High energy and stamina
Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation
Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location

Job Duties

Direct and supervise employees while executing and maintaining Ensemble standards and operational excellence
Support the management team in all aspects of operations
Model hospitality and excellent guest experiences instilling service standards for the team
Expedite food and ensure order accuracy
Actively coach and counsel employees to include documentation when appropriate
Ensure effective back-of-house scheduling so that staffing needs are met, and labor costs are controlled
Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute safety and sanitation standards
Other duties as assigned
