Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or restaurant operations preferred
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to food safety and cleanliness protocols
  • reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
  • commitment to following brand standards and preparing quality food
  • reliable transportation to travel to the home store and occasionally to other locations
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • leadership and team development experience

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • lead, train and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
  • promote and enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
  • resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently
  • maintain compliance with brand standards and company policies
  • oversee inventory management and cash handling procedures
  • ensure flexible scheduling and shift coverage
