Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • excellent team leadership skills
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for training and developing team members
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee and manage all kitchen operations
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations
  • train and develop kitchen team members
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • supervise food preparation and inventory management
  • collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • implement safety and security procedures
