Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- excellent team leadership skills
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for training and developing team members
- availability to work flexible hours
