Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • Agreement to background check
  • Ability to work 50-55 hours per week including peak hours
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to operate office and kitchen equipment
  • Willingness to assist with deliveries and other operational tasks
  • Background in culinary management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Practical and growth-based experience in culinary arts
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google platforms
  • Understanding of restaurant functions including food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and security
  • Commitment to company policies
  • ServSafe Certification recommended
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead by example with professionalism and dedication
  • Organize and motivate the kitchen team
  • Hire and train staff to meet company standards

  • Monitor financial operations including budgeting and inventory
