Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen management
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Proven experience in kitchen management or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and scratch-made food preparation
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively

- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enforce policies and maintain a safe work environment
Job Duties
- Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- Monitoring and maintaining efficient food item ticket times
- Managing Back of House employee performance including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Providing daily feedback and development to key employees and assistant managers
- Conducting formal line taste and temperature checks for inventory and safety
- Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
- Scheduling, assigning tasks, and directing work of Back of House employees
- Training employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Interviewing, hiring, and recommending Back of House employees
- Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment in line with core values and operational goals
