Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health regulations
  • Ability to train and manage a team

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet quality and service standards
  • Train and develop HOH team members
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • Support continuous learning and team advancement opportunities
