Job Requirements

  • three plus years of kitchen management experience
  • bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
  • current ServSafe certification required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with some assistance
  • experience preparing banquet style events preferred

  • experience preparing banquet style events preferred
  • current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to obtain preferred
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • ability to manage profit and loss related to food operations

Job Duties

  • adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, cost of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
  • review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
  • plan, supervise, and execute events in coordination with Operations and Sales teams, including food preparation, service, and cleanup
  • estimate food consumption and make purchases accordingly
  • schedule staff efficiently to handle shifts in business volume
  • recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
  • ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
  • manage kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits to comply with health regulations
