- three plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- proven experience in kitchen management
- strong business acumen
- the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Duties
- Hire, train, develop, and retain talented BOH employees
- create and maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and staff
- manage food costs and track waste
- control kitchen labor costs
- practice and enforce safe food-handling procedures
- collaborate with management team to drive financial results and optimize profitability
