Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • manage the Heart-of-House operations to ensure efficient and effective kitchen performance
  • supervise and provide direction to kitchen staff including training and development
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • oversee inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures in the kitchen
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment that motivates the team
  • collaborate with front-of-house management to enhance guest experiences
