Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • basic understanding of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer skills
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • passion for training and developing teams

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house (hoh) operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all hoh team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • manage food preparation quality and timely delivery
  • train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • assist in inventory management and cost control
