Job Requirements

  • preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • understand labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • have a passion for training and developing your team
  • be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • be able to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • be committed to maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Job Qualifications

  • two years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management preferred
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • understanding of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • experience with responsible alcohol service
  • ability to manage safety and security procedures
  • proficiency in computer operations related to kitchen management
  • strong passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of heart-of-house (hoh) operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all hoh team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • manage safe and responsible alcohol service
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • supervise computer operations related to hoh management
  • train and develop kitchen team members
  • manage inventory and food cost controls
  • ensure quality and timely food preparation
  • foster a positive and energetic work environment
