Job Requirements
- preferably have two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- understand labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- have a passion for training and developing your team
- be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- be able to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- be committed to maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- understanding of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- experience with responsible alcohol service

Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of heart-of-house (hoh) operations
- provide direction and supervision for all hoh team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
- manage safe and responsible alcohol service
- maintain safety and security systems and procedures
- supervise computer operations related to hoh management
- train and develop kitchen team members
- manage inventory and food cost controls
- ensure quality and timely food preparation
- foster a positive and energetic work environment
