Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • hands-on experience in back of house
  • availability to work flexible schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • familiarity with POS systems
  • positive, outgoing, and engaged attitude
  • strong leadership and team building skills

  • previous exposure to a scratch kitchen
  • familiarity with POS systems
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
  • bilingual a plus
  • experience in full casual dining or casual plus environment a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage all back of house operations during opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • coach and develop team members to ensure success in their roles
  • maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed
  • ensure efficient and smooth kitchen workflow
  • implement and maintain operational procedures and standards
  • foster a positive and engaging work environment
