Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- hands-on experience in back of house
- availability to work flexible schedule including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- familiarity with POS systems
- positive, outgoing, and engaged attitude
- strong leadership and team building skills

Job Duties
- Manage all back of house operations during opening, mid, and closing shifts
- coach and develop team members to ensure success in their roles
- maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
- oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed

- implement and maintain operational procedures and standards
