Job Requirements

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • responsible alcohol service knowledge
  • safety and security systems and procedures understanding
  • passion for training and developing team
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • oversee and manage all Heart-of-House (HOH) kitchen operations
  • provide direction and supervision to all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • manage safe and responsible alcohol service procedures
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • train and develop kitchen staff to enhance performance and team growth
  • monitor and optimize kitchen productivity and service quality
