Job Requirements
- Maintain ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to undergo background check in accordance with local law or regulation
Job Qualifications
- Maintain ServSafe certification
- Hold Food Handling Management Certification
- Proven experience in kitchen management or similar role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of inventory and food cost management
- Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Job Duties
- Assist and work with General Manager and management team
- Embrace and project WingHouse philosophy to employees and customers
- Ensure standard operating and sanitation procedures are followed
- Maintain food and menu specifications
- Oversee guest and employee safety and food handling
- Know and train all kitchen stations and positions
- Supervise kitchen shifts effectively
- Manage inventory and food cost
- Perform accurate food ordering and maintain par levels
- Meet BOH labor goals
- Ensure kitchen equipment is in good repair and functional
- Promote employee motivation and satisfaction
