Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
- knowledge of labor laws and health regulations
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
