Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • knowledge of labor laws and health regulations
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • experienced in responsible alcohol service and safety systems
  • passionate about training and developing team members
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • kitchen staff supervision and training
  • ensure compliance with health codes and safe food handling procedures
  • manage labor costs and scheduling
  • maintain safety and security protocols
  • lead continuous improvement initiatives in the kitchen
