Job Requirements

  • preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • willingness to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • experience with safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • proficiency in computer operations
  • passion for training and developing team members
  • strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House kitchen operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes
  • manage food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff
  • manage labor and inventory to optimize operational efficiency
  • foster a positive and collaborative work environment
