Job Requirements
- preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- ability to train and develop team members
- willingness to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences

Job Duties
- oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House kitchen operations
- provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws and health codes
- manage food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff
- manage labor and inventory to optimize operational efficiency
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment
