Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
- Ability to use computer operations
- Passion for training and developing your team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations as the Kitchen Manager
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Manage safety and security systems and procedures within the kitchen area
- Lead training and development initiatives for team members to enhance skills and performance
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
