Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • Ability to use computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing your team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations as the Kitchen Manager
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Manage safety and security systems and procedures within the kitchen area
  • Lead training and development initiatives for team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
