Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house (hoh)
  • provide direction and supervision for all hoh team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food handling and sanitation standards
  • manage safe and responsible alcohol service
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • lead training and development programs for the kitchen team
  • support operational goals and foster a positive workplace culture
