Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- ability to train and develop team members
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house (hoh)
- provide direction and supervision for all hoh team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food handling and sanitation standards
- manage safe and responsible alcohol service
- maintain safety and security systems and procedures
- lead training and development programs for the kitchen team
- support operational goals and foster a positive workplace culture
