Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health/safety regulations
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service and safety systems
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Basic computer operations knowledge

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House kitchen operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Manage kitchen staff training and development programs
  • Optimize workflow and operational efficiency within the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory and ordering to maintain stock levels
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
