Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
  • Commitment to promoting proper food handling procedures
  • Flexible work availability including nights and weekends
  • Reliable transportation to store and other locations for training
  • Ability to follow brand standards and maintain a clean work environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service supervisory role preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel to other locations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
