Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- Commitment to promoting proper food handling procedures
- Flexible work availability including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation to store and other locations for training
- Ability to follow brand standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or food service supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel to other locations
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
