Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation
- Experience with responsible alcohol service
- Familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
- Proficient in computer operations
- Passion for team training and development
- Ability to supervise and lead kitchen staff
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations and oversee Heart-of-House execution
- Supervise and direct all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
- Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Train and develop team members for optimal performance
- Monitor kitchen inventory and supply levels
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service
