Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing team members
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
  • excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House (HOH)
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and sanitation standards
  • manage safe food handling and responsible alcohol service
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • support training and development of team members
  • promote a positive and energetic workplace culture
